Return Eligibility

You may return eligible items within 14 days from the date you receive your order. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging without any damage.

The following products are not returnable: gift cards, personalized items, and final-sale clearance products.

Return Process

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of purchase.

Return Shipping

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we approve the return. Please note that bank processing times may vary.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at thaithienluonggz615@gmail.com. Include clear photos of the product and packaging. We will provide a free replacement or issue a full refund.
